💬 Communication Center
The Communication Center is your direct line to the ZidBit team. Use it to report issues, give feedback, or ask about plans and pricing — all from inside the app.
Accessible by: Everyone (all roles)
Opening the Communication Center
Click Communication in the sidebar.
Sending a Message
You can send three types of messages:
| Type | When To Use |
|---|---|
| Feedback | Share suggestions or tell us what's working well |
| Bug Report | Let us know about something that isn't working as expected |
| Sales Inquiry | Ask about pricing, plan upgrades, or adding more users |
To send a message:
- Open Communication in the sidebar.
- Select the message type from the tab or dropdown.
- Type your message in the text area — be as detailed as possible.
- Click Send.
Viewing Your Conversation History
All messages you've sent are displayed as a conversation thread, with the most recent at the bottom. You'll also see any replies from the ZidBit team.
Each message shows:
- Who sent it (You or ZidBit Team)
- The time it was sent
- A status badge (e.g. Sent, Read, Replied)
Tips for Effective Bug Reports
When reporting a bug, include:
- ✅ What you were trying to do
- ✅ What you expected to happen
- ✅ What actually happened
- ✅ The page or section you were on (e.g. "Invoices > Record Payment")
- ✅ Any error message you saw on screen
The more detail you provide, the faster we can resolve it.
Response Times
The ZidBit team typically responds within 1 business day. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" at the start of your message.
